Astrum Hearing Solutions is growing and is now launching new retail hearing aid centers! These outstanding opportunities offer a competitive salary plus an incentive bonus along with ongoing on-the job training.

The Retail Hearing Counselor (RHC) is responsible for actively identifying potential customers and/or sources that could yield potential customers, making the customer aware of the products and services Astrum offers, and ultimately scheduling appointments.

The RHC also assists in closing sales in the Astrum Hearing Solutions store, as well as maintain day-to-day store operations. You will execute various activities of the sales process, including but not limited to, establishing a professional, comfortable relationship with customers, providing educational information and knowledge about Astrum Hearing Solutions services and products, establishing and managing customer appointments, closing sales transactions and facilitating customer support in all future engagements with the customer. You must possess exceptional interpersonal skills in the areas of oral and written communications and listening, to ensure a consistent first-class customer experience in every interaction!

Responsibilities:
.Generate sales leads by interacting directly with potential customers in a variety of settings
. Effectively communicate information to potential customers about the Astrum Hearing Solutions store, including location, hours, general products and services offered, promotion details, etc.
. Contribute to evaluations and reporting on outreach efforts
. Drive sales of Astrum Hearing Solution products by providing informative educational information and knowledge to customers about products and services, securing appointments with the store audiology professional and establishing a first-class, comfortable, professional relationship with existing and potential customers.
. Own the sales process, from initial customer contact (in-store, in-community and outbound communications with customers) to closing the sale and providing post-sale support
. Meet and greet Astrum Hearing Solutions retail store customers
. Maintain store system database to track the customer experience throughout the sales process.
. May serve as the day-to-day operational point of contact for the store.
. Act as liaison between the Astrum Hearing Solutions retail store and the National store.
. Maintain inventory of Astrum Hearing Solutions products, including ordering, tracking and maintaining in-store stock.
. Own scheduling patient appointments, as well as follow up on referral status and patient appointments with customers
. Effectively and accurately use the Customer Relationship Management tool provided
. Maintain the Astrum work environment to assure a clean, inviting store environment
. Collaborate with administrative leadership to recommend the continuous improvement of process, product and service
. Fulfill POS and all related duties
. Promote Astrum and the professional support of healthy hearing choices
. Assist with employee training, as requested

Requirements:
2 - 4 years related experience, BA/BS OR equivalent (Any combination of college plus experience may be acceptable)
Must demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and technical applications appropriate to the position
Must consistently demonstrate active listening and interpretive skills; Speak and write clearly and persuasively; Ability to read, analyze and interpret written communications

Salary: $9 - $12+ per hour dependent upon experience - plus a no cap bonus incentive plan!
Available Shifts:

- Full-time (benefits eligible) - Rotating schedule - first week is Monday-Friday 10am-6pm, the following week is Tuesday - Saturday 10am-6pm. You will continually rotate between these two schedules.
