Information Disclosure
 

Except as described in our privacy policy, we do not use or disclose, to any outside parties, any personal information that you provide, such as your name, e-mail address, telephone number, and employment information, except when we are permitted or required by law, including the Personal Information Protection Act and other applicable privacy laws. We do not sell, barter, rent or exchange lists of job seekers or employers with other companies. We strive to ensure the confidentiality of your information.

We do employ other companies to perform functions on our behalf such as website development, integration, and related services. These other companies will have access to your personal information as necessary to perform their functions on our behalf, but they may not share that information with any third party or otherwise use that information.

When you open a user account with Hospitality Superstars, we may use that information to manage your account, to provide the services that you have requested, and we may make it available to employers and recruiters in connection with those services. We may also use that information to keep you informed on products, news and services that may interest you. You can choose to opt out of receiving these additional products, news and services by replying to the notice and instructing us to remove you from further notices. We will immediately comply.

 

Website Security Rules

Users are prohibited from violating or attempting to violate our security rules. Violations may include, but are not limited to the following: Attempts to penetrate, probe, scan or test the vulnerability of a system or network or to breach security or effect authentication measures without proper authorization, or attempts to interfere with service to any user, host or network, or forging any TCP/IP packet header or any part of the header information in any e-mail or newsgroup posting. Accessing data not intended for such a violator or logging into a server or account without permission, or attempting to compromise the integrity of the website. Violations of system or network security may result in civil or criminal liability

User Agreement

As a user of the site, you agree not to transmit any data, images or graphic, information, software, message, text,  or other materials that is abusive, harmful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, libelous, obscene, threatening, tortuous, vulgar, unlawful, or racially or otherwise objectionable that may invade another's right of privacy or publicity; Not to misrepresent or falsely state your affiliation with a person, persons or entity; Not to impersonate any person, persons or entity; Not to transmit any content, or to post any content that contains a virus or corrupted data; That you have the right to display, reproduce or transmit any and all content that you have transmitted via the website and that you can establish your right and authority, whether that authority is contractual or fiduciary in nature; That you will not violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law; That you will not use the website in a way that adversely limits or affects the availability of its resources to other users. That you will not modify, delete or revise material posted by another person or entity.

Visitor Information
At Hospitality Superstars, we do monitor our website visitor information and traffic. We monitor which pages are visited most frequently as well as referring sites. We do not monitor any data that would reveal your identity. We use this information in order to deliver a better user experience and to enhance its effectiveness. We may provide such information to our website developers for such use.
Resumes
 

To ease your job search, Hospitality Superstars allows you to post your resume to your account, either by text or by uploading a resume. You can make your resume searchable or not searchable. Your resume will be saved to our resume database. If you make your resume searchable, employers and recruiters with access to our database will be able to view and download your resume. 

Although we strive to protect your resume information, please note that we cannot guarantee the security of your information. We cannot assure you or guarantee that other people will not access the resume database without our permission. You can delete your resume from the database at any time. Note that anyone who may have accessed the resume prior to the deletion may have kept a copy for future use.  Hospitality Superstars is not responsible for such use, misuse or retention. We are not responsible for the privacy of any resumes sent to an employer or recruiter.

 
To Update Your Account
 To update your account information, please log-in to your account and go to the "User Options" where you may edit your information
Cookies
Cookies are small files that your Web browser places on your computer's hard drive. Cookies are used to deliver a customized user experiences and allow the website to remember user names and passwords. We do not use cookies to access your hard drive to compromise your personal information. You can set your computer's browser to block cookies, however, you may not be able to view certain features of the website. 
Feedback
Hsuperstars allows you to submit comments, suggestions and praise to us. This feedback becomes the property of Hsuperstars and may be used for promotional purposes without permission from you..
Private Label Sites
Hospitality Superstars will host private label employment sites on behalf of other companies and enable jobseekers to respond to job postings. These responses will be placed in the employer's Inbox. Please be aware that anyone with access to the employer account can view these responses. Hospitality Superstars is not responsible for the use, misuse, retention, use, or privacy of information accessed by others through Custom Job Banks or online applications to job postings.
Children
 At Hospitality Superstars, we do not collect information from or about children. We encourage that minor obtain permission from their parents or guardians before using our site.
Changes to our Privacy Policy
 Any changes to our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service will be posted here and will be effective upon posting. Please send all feedback about this to info@hsuperstars.com.
